My Approach to Therapy
I believe that as we go through life, we encounter "bumps in the road" such as depressional, anxiety, and confusion leading to confusion, addictions, hurt, pain, and fears. Talking to another can provide clarity, support, and can lift the veil to show us what is really happening and where we can go from here. We can remove this veil by looking at our histories and reactions to better understand and be able to change if that is what one wants, or atleast to be able to accept the "bumps in the road" as merely bumps not the rest of the road.

I rely on a eclectic approach to these issues that involves our thinking, our feelings, our past experiences, and our view of ourselves in our environments. Whether you have been suffering from mood swings, depression, anxiety, addictions, or fears of what is happening right this very moment, we can walk through it together through a 50 minute session. I look forward to helping you with whatever is happening right now.
